At Practical Family Medicine, we are a small, family-centered practice dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized healthcare to individuals and families in our community. 

As many family practices are run by hospitals in the community, our practice offers the patients in Steuben County the option for a small private practice in Angola, Indiana.

We offer comprehensive primary care services, including preventative care, chronic disease management, pediatric and adult wellness exams, minor procedure, and same-day sick visits.

I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2018 in Steuben County with experience in family practice and urgent care.  I started my healthcare journey at local nursing homes and the Health Occupations Education Program for local high school students.  I have been providing healthcare in some form in the community for 30 years.  First as a nurses aid, then as a massage therapist, and now as a nurse practitioner. I plan to continue to provide quality healthcare in a comfortable setting with a hometown feel.
